الشروط والاحكام 

تسجيل كل لاعب حسب الفئة التي يلعب بها في البطولات والاشتراكات السابقة وحسب تصنيفه في مراكز البادل الاخرى , وكذلك لابد بأن يختار جهة اللعب المفضلة له (يمين ، يسار الملعب او كلاهما ).

يتم اعتماد الاشتراك بمجرد دفع المبلغ (رسوم الاشتراك 300 ريال قطري ).

مبلغ الاشتراك لا يرد في حال انسحاب اللاعب لأي سبب من الأسباب .

يلتزم اللاعب بقوانين اللعب التي سيتم فرضها لاحقاً من الادارة او المنظمين.

سيتم اختيار شريك اللاعب بالقرعة ولا يحق لللاعب الاعتراض او تغير او تبديل لاعب بأي لاعب اخر , وفي حال انسحاب اللاعب يعتبر الفريق خسران ولا يتم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة.

يلتزم اللاعب بالزي المفروض عليه من قبل المنظم او الادارة و في حال عدم الالتزام سيتم استبعاد اللاعب وخسارة الفريق.

عدم الاعتراض على الحكام وعدم التلفظ او الاختلاف مع الخصم او الحكم.

يلتزم اللاعب بالوقت في الحضور واللعب والاستراحة وفي حال التاخير او الاستهتار للمنظمين او الادارة الحق في الاستبعاد.

البطولة مفتوحة للنساء فقط ولكل الجنسيات.

عدم التصوير واحترام خصوصية الاخرين.

في حال اكتمال العدد المطلوب للبطولة ، للمنظمين او الادارة الحق في استبعاد اللاعب الذي سجل في وقت متأخراً (وسيتم استرداد المبلغ له فقط في هذه الحالة).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registering each player according to the category they play in tournaments and previous subscriptions, as well as their ranking in other padel positions, and they must also choose their preferred playing side (right, left, or both sides).
2. Subscription is confirmed upon fees payment (subscription fee is 300 Qatari riyals).
3. The subscription fee is non-refundable if the player cancel subscription for any reason.
4. The player must adhere to the playing rules that will be listed later by the management or organizers.
5. The player’s partner will be chosen by draw, and the player has no right to object, change, or exchange another player. In case of player pull off, the team is considered loser, and the paid amounts will not be refunded.
6. The player must adhere to the uniform chosen by the organizer or management, and in case of non-compliance, the player will be excluded, resulting in the team’s loss.
7. No objections to referees and no altercation or disagreement with the competitor or referee.
8. The player must adhere to the time for attendance, playing, and breaks, and in case of delay or negligence, the organizers or management have the right to exclude.
9. The tournament is open to women only and to all nationalities.
10. No photography and respect others’ privacy.
11. If the required number of participants for the tournament is reached, the organizers or management have the right to exclude late registrants (and the fee will only be refunded in this case).
